What exactly does Corporate Conference.in do?

We are a specialist division of Pack N Go Holidays that mainly organizes large and small Group movements for incentive tours, Conferences, Conventions and Events, mainly for corporate houses, being specialists in turnkey large group movements.  With just an e-mail you can reserve a complex travel itinerary, or better yet, you can create with our assistance a tour which totally adapts to your time and requirements so that your group can enjoy a pleasant trip.

Can I book an adapted trip according to my convenience for my group?

Of course! This is our specialty; create a itinerary adapted to your needs, time and/or expectations. We specialize in making people travel in the most exotic places in the world. You name it, and we'll have a package for you.

 

Are there any VISA or Passport requirements?

All Indian nationals will need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from departure date. VISA requirements vary from country to country.  We'll be happy to give you the appropriate information about Visas once you have finalized your booking.

 

How far in advance should we begin planning tour for our group?

Planning a successful tour takes time. It all depends on the destination chosen, number of travelers in your group, and kind of services you choose.  For example, a small 15-member group to the Far East could be organized in 5-6 days, whereas for a 300-member conference movement (where top-of-the-line effects may be required), a lead time of 4-5 months is recommended. Usually the earlier you book the better it is for preferred hotel and airlines seat availability. Though it is not uncommon for large movements to be booked a year in advance nowadays.  We recommend a minimum of 2 months for an average sized tour.

 

How can we help in planning and booking the tour for our group?

We prefer to treat each of our clients as a separate project. Once you contact us, we assign you to a travel consultant who will answer all your questions and concerns.

 

What is an experience with us like?

Fabulous! Since we take care of the tedious details for you, you simply need to give a decision at each stage to ensure a hassle-free experience. For large groups planned early, we also invite you on a familiarization trip before the tour, so that you can see the hotels and arrangements for yourself, and be at ease.  Once you contact our designated chief of travel, all the known worries of travel will disappear.
